Overpriced, clothes came back dirty, and the guy smokes in the shop while folding clothes.

Dropped a small bag of laundry off and he said $13, I even clarified the price with my hands to confirm as he wanted cash, when I came back he tried to charge me $30, and became very agro when we realised the confusion. I normally pay $12-15 at Enmore Laundrette & Dry Cleaning but they have been shut since Covid.

I live extremely close and planned on using this service regularly. However, everytime I came in they tried to charged me more for the exact same service. It was puzzling, as there are so many other cheaper services in the area. I won't be going back.

Awful overpriced service. Paid $15 to have bedsheets tumble dried. They weren't folded or even dry when I came to collect them. When I called up to ask what had happened, the staff member, who just 20 minutes earlier spoke perfect English, claimed that she could not speak english and hung up the phone.
